WHERE IS MFI GLOBAL LOCATED?
MFI Global owns and operates manufacturing facilities throughout the United States and China. Our corporate
headquarters is located in Newport Beach, CA and our state-of-the-art, 50,000 square foot distribution center
is in Carson, CA,less than 10 miles from the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.
IS MFI GLOBAL A BROKER, MIDDLEMAN, OR TRADE COMPANY?
No, MFI Global owns and operates manufacturing facilities throughout the United States and China. As a contract
manufacturer, we have complete control over our factories, including costs, quality, and lead times, all of which
cannot be controlled by trade companies. In addition, working directly with a manufacturer ensures that you will
receive the most competitive costs possible without unnecessary markups.
Due to MFI Global’s unique business model, we are able to offer a variety of manufacturing processes all under
“one roof” – including forgings, castings, plastics, and machined parts – making us a “one stop shop” for many
of our customers.
WHO ARE MFI GLOBAL’S CUSTOMERS?
MFI Global manufactures parts and products for many global companies and brands, including Scholle
Packaging, Haas Automation, Posi Lock Puller, Gibson Guitar Corporation, Valeo Transmissions, Amsted Rail
Company, and more. In addition to working with multinational corporations, we also supply parts to numerous
small and medium-sized businesses, and even start-ups.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A QUOTE?
The typical turnaround time for a new quotation is just 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and
understanding as we work to finalize your quote.
DO YOU EVER ‘NO QUOTE’ JOBS?
When an RFQ does not meet our minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement or does not fall within
our capabilities, MFI Global will respectfully ‘no quote’ that job. We thoroughly evaluate each RFQ that is
submitted to our team before deciding not to quote a particular job. We have formed expert relationships with
many manufacturers and in the event we cannot quote your part, we would be happy to refer you to another
contract manufacturer that may be able to help.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary from part to part, but a rule of thumb is 4-6 weeks for samples and 4-6 weeks for production
parts. Please note that production lead times begin only after the receipt of approval of first article samples,
purchase order, and funds.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR QUOTES VALID?
Due to constantly fluctuating material prices, our quotes are valid for ten (10) days from the issue date.
DO YOU HAVE NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS IN PLACE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS?
Yes, we have non-disclosure agreements in place with many of our customers. We can extend the same
courtesy to you if desired
